Once anchored in earthy, muted “natural” cues, the brand risked feeling outdated in a market where shoppers no longer question if natural works—they want proof of how well it works. To stay relevant, the redesign positioned Naturals by Watsons at the forefront of the Natural x Science space, blending the power of botanicals with the credibility of advanced science to engage loyal customers and attract a younger, wellness-conscious audience.

A bold green brand block now delivers strong shelf presence and cohesive identity, replacing the old beige palette. Clean sans-serif typography signals scientific precision, while vibrant botanicals, silver accents, and serum bubbles highlight efficacy-driven ingredients like retinol. Category banners and clear labeling improve navigation, while UV varnish enhances product cues.

The result is a modern, credible brand that redefines private-label design—reinforcing Watsons’ leadership in the Natural x Science space.
