Ricola 360° Campaign

Ricola is a Swiss brand best known for its herbal lozenges, which are made from a unique blend of herbs sourced from the Swiss Alps. Over the years, the brand has grown into an internationally recognised name in herbal throat care, known for its nature-driven and vibrant brand world. Ricola sought to reignite its relevance in Asia by creating relevance with a new generation of consumers. Their ambition was to craft an online and offline presence that would reignite their brand and redefine their presence in the region.

Ricola set out to reimagine the brand’s global tagline — “Wish You Well” — into a holistic, resonant campaign idea tailored to the emotional landscape of Asian markets. What began as a single campaign grew into a dynamic creative partnership, expanding into 360° limited edition initiatives and beyond.

The Challenge: To capture the heart of Ricola’s brand essence while articulating its product benefits in a way that genuinely resonates across diverse Asian cultures. The campaign needed to feel personal and enduring, anchoring itself in Ricola’s brand DNA while leaving space to grow and evolve over time.

The Answer: A fresh articulation of Ricola’s spirit: “Breathe in Nature.” This campaign idea served as a springboard for a visual assets that celebrated the natural herbs, Swiss alpine origins, and product benefit. Year after year,  this idea was reinvented through storytelling—bringing to life immersive visuals that invite consumers to reconnect, rediscover, and feel uplifted by the Ricola world. The result is a continuous campaign with heart, depth, and the power to grow with the brand for years to come.
